1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement is prepared to define the terms and conditions for the sale of products and/or services purchased by the buyer through the website www.dayi.com.tr.

3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement applies to the distance sales transaction between the buyer and the seller, and all actions to be taken between the buyer and the seller are subject to these terms and conditions.
The seller is obliged to deliver the product to the buyer within the legal time frame.
The product delivery will be made to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The buyer agrees to pay the total amount of the selected products in advance using the payment method specified during the order process.
Once the payment is completed, the seller will send a payment receipt confirmation to the buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product. During this period, the buyer can return the product without providing any reason.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused, unopened, and in compliance with the return conditions.
The buyer exercising the right of withdrawal is obliged to return the product within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
All return costs related to the right of withdrawal are borne by the buyer.

6. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT
In the event of a return, the buyer is required to return the product in its original packaging and complete condition.
The returned product must be sent to the delivery address. Any missing or used parts of the product will be returned to the buyer by the seller.
After the product is returned, the product price will be refunded to the buyer. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

7. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The seller guarantees that the products sold will be serviced in accordance with the warranty terms specified by the manufacturer within the warranty period.
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects; issues arising from user errors are not covered under the warranty.

8. COMPETENT COURT
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of the buyer's place of residence.

9. APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT
The buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of the agreement by proceeding with the order process.
