Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

As Dayi Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, we strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this regard, cancellations and returns can be processed under certain conditions for purchases made through our e-commerce site. The following conditions govern the return and cancellation procedures for products purchased from dayi.com.tr.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You can cancel your order before the payment transaction is approved. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours from the moment you place the order. If the order is canceled before it is shipped, the full order amount will be refunded. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

Right of Withdrawal: Under Turkish Consumer Law, you have the right to return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without providing a reason or paying any penalty. Returns are only valid for unused products in their original packaging. The product must be unused and in resalable condition. The invoice, all accessories, and the packaging sent with the product must be returned complete. Returns must be made within 10 business days after the buyer receives the product.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

5. RETURN COSTS

Free Return: If the product is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will cover the return costs.
Return Costs for the Buyer: For all other return transactions, the return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. Your return process will begin once the product reaches us.

6. RETURN AND REFUND

When the returned product arrives, its condition will be inspected. If no issues are found, the return will be approved. Once approved, the product price will be refunded to the buyer using the same payment method used for the original purchase. (For example, payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card, and payments made by money order will be refunded to the bank account.) Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the product is returned.

7. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used, damaged, or destroyed.
  • If the product is not in its original packaging or has missing accessories.
  • For hygienic reasons, products like underwear, jewelry, cosmetics, etc. cannot be returned.
  • If the product is custom-made for a person and cannot be returned due to personalization.

8. RIGHT TO EXCHANGE

Exchanges can only be made for defective or incorrectly shipped products. If there is an error with the product you ordered or the product is defective, you can request an exchange.
