As Dayı Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, we work with DHL and Yurtiçi Kargo to offer our customers fast and reliable delivery options. Below, you can find detailed information about our delivery processes.
1. DELIVERY PROCESS
After your order is confirmed, your products will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days.
- Domestic Deliveries: All domestic shipments within Turkey are handled by Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days.
- International Deliveries: Your international shipments are made via DHL, with delivery generally taking between 5-7 business days.
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your product using this number on the carrier’s system.
2. SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping Fee: The shipping cost is calculated based on the total amount of your order. You can take advantage of our free shipping campaigns, where no shipping fee will be charged for orders over a specific amount.
- The shipping fee is calculated based on the total amount in your shopping cart and will be displayed to you during the payment step.
- Yurtiçi Kargo Fees: For domestic shipments, the standard fees set by Yurtiçi Kargo apply.
- DHL Fees: For international shipments, DHL’s fees apply, which may vary depending on the destination country.
3. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure you enter the correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not our responsibility.
To speed up the delivery process, it is recommended to select a nearby delivery point or branch when specifying your address.
4. DELIVERY ISSUES
- Your package must be received by you or an authorized person during delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the shipping company may not leave the package at your address and will reschedule the delivery.
- If you notice any damage or missing items in your package upon delivery, you must prepare a report with the delivery person and inform us immediately.
- Any issues with the shipping company will be resolved by contacting us after delivery.
5. DELIVERY DELAYS
Shipping companies may experience delays in delivery due to special circumstances or weather conditions. However, unless such situations occur, we aim for delivery to be made within the specified time frame.
In the event of a delay, the buyer will be provided with a tracking number, and detailed information regarding the shipment will be shared.
6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International deliveries are made exclusively through DHL. We aim to deliver international orders within 5-7 business days.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
